General Conditions
Event Outside the Restaurant
Menus served in other spaces, in addition to the possible hire of space, require confirmation of availability and have an additional cost of €4 per person.
Event Confirmation
Confirmation of the event must be formalised by email to reservas@realaventino.com. When confirming the event, the following information will be required: name of the booking, date, meal and estimated number of people.
Menu confirmation
The menu must be confirmed in writing no later than five (5) working days before the date of the event. Any specific dietary requirements or restrictions must be communicated at least five working days in advance so that these services can be guaranteed.
Duration of Service
The duration of the service in the restaurant is subject to the restaurant’s opening hours.
Final Number of Guests
The final number of guests must be notified no later than five (5) working days before the event. This number will serve as the basis for debiting the event. If the number of participants at the event is lower than expected, the number previously confirmed will be charged. For budgeting purposes, the estimated number of participants should be as close as possible to the number of confirmed participants, because if there is a significant difference, the prices shown may be subject to updating.
Damages
RA reserves the right to be compensated for any damage or loss caused by persons or acts that jeopardise its assets. The cost of repairing or replacing goods resulting from damage, breakage or loss will be charged to the customer at the market price.
Allergens
Our procedures are designed to maintain maximum safety and to avoid the presence of traces of allergens. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee that the products served to the public have not come into contact with other allergens that are not part of their normal composition, through the action or omission of third parties.
Complaints
Real Aventino will only consider complaints that are submitted in writing within 48 hours of the event taking place. After the event has taken place, RA is not responsible for the use made of materials supplied by clients, such as: table menus, numbering, souvenirs, drinks and food, etc.
Payment Conditions
Payment terms are
– 50 per cent of the estimated amount, on award or up to 30 days before the event;
– 50% of the remaining amount up to 2 working days before the event. In the event of a cancellation by the client, Real Aventino reserves the right not to refund the price of the contract.
